|Travelers Aid Dallas/Fort Worth is a social service agency located at Dallas/Fort
Worth International Airport. We are a member of Travelers Aid International. We
provide a variety of services to families and individuals who are in crisis,
transition, or who are separated from their normal support systems. We also
provide airport and area information through agency volunteers, and operate the
lost and found for DFW International Airport.

|NEW MISSION STATEMENT
Travelers Aid Dallas/Fort Worth has a new mission statement. Effective November 8,
2013; the mission of Travelers Aid Dallas/Fort Worth is:
"To extend a helping hand to people in need or in crisis related to separation from home,
family, or financial support systems."
|TERMINAL D OFFICE CLOSED
The Travelers Aid office in the D-15 baggage claim area of terminal D has closed.
This change was made to reduce confusion and improve efficiency for our guests
and clients. All Travelers Aid services and lost and found are now available at the
office located at Terminal E - lower level at E4, outside security. Thank you for your
patience with this change.
|STRATEGIC PLANNING SURVEY
Travelers Aid Dallas/Fort Worth is currently revising and updating our long range
strategic plan. Part of this process involves assessing what people know about
Travelers Aid, and how they feel about us; in addition to assessing the needs of the
community. In connection with this effort, we have prepared a brief online survey
about the agency, its services and the needs of the community. If you would like to
