Travelers Aid Dallas/Fort Worth
Travelers Aid Dallas/Fort Worth operates the lost and found for Dallas/Fort Worth
International Airport. Travelers Aid receives items found in Terminals D, and E in
addition to items left on the airport shuttles, Skylink and the general airport grounds.
Please note that items found in terminals A, B and C will be taken to American Airlines
lost and found, and items left on airplanes will be given to that airline.
Items recovered by Travelers Aid are inventoried, issued an item reference number
and entered into a database. Items are kept for 60 days after which they are removed
from the system and "salvaged". Some salvaged items may be donated to other
agencies, and some may be disposed of. Most items are sold under a contract with
the Owens Group.
If you are looking for a lost item and wish to see if it is in our inventory, please use the
lost item option on the "Contact Us" page of this website.
