Travelers Aid Dallas/Fort Worth
Programs of Travelers Aid Dallas/Fort Worth
TRAVELERS AID Dallas/Fort Worth assists families and individuals who are in
crisis, transition, or are separated from their normal support systems. Travelers
Aid Dallas/Fort Worth provides this assistance through three different programs:
Client Intervention Program, Volunteer Information Program, and Lost and Found.
Human service programs and informational programs are provided from two
locations at DFW International Airport: Terminal B, in the B-30 baggage claim
area, and Terminal D in the D-15 baggage claim area. Some programs are also
provided at the Intermodal Transportation Center (ITC) in downtown Fort Worth.
Airport office hours are: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday - Friday, and 9:00 a.m. -
5:00 p.m. Saturday - Sunday. The office may be called from any airport paging
phone by dialing 4.4420 or by calling 972.574.4420 from any public phone.
ITC office hours are: 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Monday - Saturday. The ITC desk may
be called at 817.820.0385.
