Volunteer Program
VOLUNTEER INFORMATION PROGRAM

The agency provides information about the airport and area attractions and services in the
main office, and through volunteers who staff the Visitor Information Center (VIC) and
Travelers Aid information booths located in baggage claim areas in all four terminals.
Volunteers are available at the booths during daytime hours Monday - Friday.  Maps,
brochures, and other area and airport materials are available.

The information booths are located in the following baggage claim areas:

      Terminal A - baggage claim A-29
      Terminal B - baggage claim B-21
Terminal C - baggage claim C-4 (Visitor Information Center)
      Terminal E - baggage claim E-14

Visitor Information Center

The Visitor Information Program is a
program of the TRAVELERS AID
Dallas/Fort Worth Volunteer Program.
Subscribers pay a modest fee to have their
brochures displayed and distributed at the
Travelers Aid Visitor Information Center
(VIC) and three information booths.  In
addition, the material is available in the
main Travelers Aid office located near the
B-30 baggage claim area of Terminal B,
and in the satellite office located in the
D-15 baggage claim area of Terminal D.
With the current security provisions in
effect, airport patrons waiting on
passengers must stay in the non-secure
areas of the terminals.  Travelers Aid
information booths and the Visitor
Information Center are located in those
non-secure areas creating an excellent
opportunity for companies wanting to
reach a willing audience.

For more information about displaying
your materials at Travelers Aid booths as a
VIC sponsor, please contact Bruce
Freeman at 972-574-4420.
